Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our everyday stoneware is microwave and dishwasher safe. However, pieces with gold luster or delicate hand-painted details should be hand-washed only to preserve their finish.
How do you ensure fragile items aren't damaged during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, double-walled corrugated boxes and biodegradable starch peanuts to ensure every piece is cushioned against impact during transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, House of Ceramics ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for handmade items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Because our items are handmade, slight variations in glaze and shape are expected and not considered defects.
Can I place a custom order for a specific color or set?

What should I do if my order arrives broken?
In the rare event of breakage, please email a photo of the damaged item and the packaging to our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
