At House of Ceramics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your artisanal pieces aren't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack With Care

  Securely wrap your ceramics in their original protective padding and box to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund damaged items.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
